We are committed to protecting all information provided to us by clients in accordance with strict and high standards of security and confidentiality.
We will limit the collection and use of client information to the minimum necessary to provide the best services to our clients, ensuring the highest level of technical support.
Only authorized employees, who have received appropriate training on how to handle client information and in compliance with the decisions of the Financial Regulatory Authority, will have access to such information. Any employee who violates the information privacy policy will be subject to the necessary disciplinary actions.
We will not disclose our clients' information to any external organization except as required by the relevant regulatory authorities upon request.
We will require all institutions we employ to provide us with services to adhere to all the general policies of the company. We will continually evaluate ourselves to ensure we respect our clients' privacy. We will carry out our operations in a manner that fulfills our commitments.

سوف نسمح لموظفينا المصرح لهم فقط –الذين تلقوا التدريب المناسب عن كيفية التعامل مع معلومات العملاء وطبقا لقرارات هيئة الرقابة المالية- التمكن من الوصول إلى تلك المعلومات. سيخضع أي من الموظفين المنتهكين لسياسة خصوصية المعلومات للإجراءات التأديبية اللازمة.
لن نتيح معلومات عملائنا لأي منظمة خارجية ماعدا ما تحتاجة الجهات الرقابية المختصة في حالة طلبها.
سنطلب من كافة المؤسسات التي نوظفها لتزويدنا بالخدمات بأن يلتزموا بكافة معايير السياسة العامة بالشركة.
